How It Works
Choose a Report Type
You pick the report you need — AI Productivity Lift or Process Mapping — and we provide unique conversation codes for your participants. No accounts to create. No software to install. No scheduling.
Participants Text a Code and Get Called Back
When a participant is ready, they text their code to a phone number. The system immediately calls them back on that same phone. The AI agent introduces itself, explains the process, and confirms recording consent. Conversations typically run 10–20 minutes. The AI asks structured questions but adapts in real-time — following up on interesting answers, probing for specifics, and circling back to verify accuracy. At the end, the AI reads back a summary for the participant to confirm or correct.
Data Gets Extracted
Behind the scenes, the conversation is processed into structured JSON data. Every claim is captured with context. Metrics are validated against what the participant said. The data includes not just what people do, but how they think about what they do — judgment calls, quality thresholds, decision criteria.
Reports Are Delivered
Within 2–3 business days, you receive a complete asset bundle: the professional report, the original call transcript, a structured JSON file of extracted data, and a stereo MP3 recording of the call (with AI and caller on separate tracks). For Productivity Lift with 5+ participants, you also get a cross-participant Executive Summary at no extra charge.
